What is "Uses Of Prepositions"?

Many of you who have English as a Second Language find preposition usage very frustrating. 

I hate, hate, HATE it when someone says “Where do you work at?” or “We’ll meet you where you are at!”

Prepositions are just tiny words, but they are still very important and can be problematic.
